Custom Converting, Sheeting, and Lamination Services
Our equipment enables custom substrate production at any scale, combining mega sheeter capabilities with decades of manufacturing expertise.
Built to Produce at Scale
Plastic + Paper operates one of the most comprehensive in-house converting operations in the industry. Unlike traditional distributors, we manage the full process, from sourcing to final cut, across paper, paperboard, plastic, ACM composite, and magnet. Our custom substrate production supports small and large format sheeting, precision slitting, guillotine cutting, and lamination, all within one facility.
This integrated setup allows for efficient scheduling, streamlined handling, and reliable delivery timelines, regardless of order size or complexity.
Your Account, Your Advantage
Equipment That Sets Us Apart
At the core of our converting operation are two Mega Sheeter systems with high-speed double rotary knives engineered for clean, accurate cuts at production volumes. These machines process coated and uncoated substrates with exact accuracy, producing dust-free, press-ready products for printing.
With panel saws, guillotines, slitters, and a Lamina sheet-to-sheet laminator, we can process a broad range of formats with the precision required for high-quality output.
Materials We Convert
We convert and finish a focused mix of substrates for commercial print, packaging, and industrial use:
Paper and paperboard
Plastic substrates including acrylic, PVC, PETG, and styrene
Aluminum composite materials (ACM)
Magnet sheets and rolls
Sustainable and FSC-certified options
Each substrate is selected, stored, and converted to meet specific technical requirements basedÂ
on your application, print process, and run size.
Why In-House Matters
Partnering with a supplier that also handles custom manufacturing services eliminates delays, improves consistency, and simplifies sourcing. We do not rely on third-party vendors to prep or finish stock. Every order is managed by a team that understands production environments and how even minor changes in specification or schedule can affect output.
We cut and deliver what your process requires, without compromise or added complexity.
