At PLASTIC+PAPER, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your shopping experience with us is risk-free and satisfying.
Return Policy Overview
•   Eligible Products: Standard products purchased from PLASTIC+PAPER can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original packaging, free of any damage or defect and in a condition suitable for resale.  The maximum quantity eligible for return will be one (1) pallet of material.
•   Custom manufactured and special ordered products: These products are not considered eligible products for return. Please review with our customer service team prior to ordering.
•   Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and detailed return instructions.
•   Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), your return will be processed.  Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
•   A minimum restocking charge applies to all returns, except for defective products covered by a valid manufacturer warranty. Credit notes will only be issued for products returned within thirty (30) days from the date of order.
How to Return Your Product
1.   Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via telephone or email to request a return. Once approved, you will be provided with an RGA number.
2.   Package Your Return: Securely pack the items in the original packaging suitable for the mode of delivery.
3.   Ship Your Return: Send your return using a traceable shipping method to the address provided by our customer service team.  If your return will be picked up on our trucks, please confirm when your return will be ready after you have received your RGA number.
4.   Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund as requested.

Q: Can I return a standard product without the original packaging? A: Products must be returned in their original packaging. Returns without the original packaging may not be returned.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund or credit? A: Refunds and credits are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Q: Do you offer free returns? A: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
